Customer Parking
Two-hour customer parking is available in the downtown area in several locations. East-bound diagonal parking is available on Front Street between Wolf Road and Mokena Street.
Business Employee Parking
Downtown business owners are strongly encouraged to have their employees utilize secondary parking spaces in order to keep prime parking spaces for downtown customers. Suggestions include:
- Asking employees to park in rear or side yard parking areas that are otherwise inconvenient for customers. This approach utilizes existing spaces while keeping more attractive spaces open for customers and visitors.
- Shared parking whereby neighboring businesses that have different hours of operation allow each other to utilize their parking spaces during non-business hours.
